The staff here are super friendly and always on top of things. 🌟They were really attentive during our entire stay!

Very clean and quiet. Our non-smoking room was truly non-smoking (no odors). Excellent continental breakfast (many choices on food). Good location for people traveling through the city. Easy access on-off interstate highway.

The people working in the hotel were efficient.

A TV, microwave, and fridge were provided in my room 📺. the location was super convenient, near restaurants, Walmart, and main areas. It was also close to the train station 🚉.

You guys made our stay really nice! The room was spotless and functional, with with the bathroom as well as the shower. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. They offered us excellent meals, had a wide range of options to choose from.

The room was beautifully maintained and functional. the staff was really helpful and provided good service. the check-in process was easy. the location was perfect and close to the train station, making it perfectly comfortable.

The first nights stay was great. The people went out of thier way to make sure I was taken care of, and went out of thier way to make sure I was, over 100%. I was missing some over the counter medication and they ask me what I was looking for in my car and then helped me look. The next mourning one approached me and ask if I had gotten my medication (nasel spray) . Right out of How to win friends and influence people. The they called me after I left and told me I left some things and told me they would hold them until I get back. I used to stay in a 100 to 150 motels a year and never had the happen. My father work in a large hotel in Washington D.C. for 50 years. I know what to look for.

On the way back I only had one women to deal with and she did not communicate in a very friendly way. We ask if they had any spoons and forks and she pointed to the drawers in the breakfast room, where my daugther new it would be empty. The people who were there the first trip, went out of thier way to find us some, which was in a locked closet.

Lost power and they would not give a refund. Left for another hotel.

Hotel was nice enough for the money but having AC was unacceptable.
